Brandee Howell-Stopjik

Recruiting and Retention Director

Brandee Howell-Stopjik started her career in real estate at the local association level in 2000. As the Education and Information Director for the Flint Area Association of REALTORS®, Brandee was able to become greatly involved with the Michigan Association of REALTORS® Education Group and was a support editor for the National Association of REALTORS® monthly “REALTOR® magazine. Brandee was able to travel to Washington DC in 2002 to speak on behalf of the Mission of Peace Housing Counseling Agency as an advocate, speaking in front of a panel of FHA leaders in the lending industry. In 2005, Brandee traveled to Vancouver, British Columbia to participate in the joint National Association of REALTORS® Convention co-hosted with the Canadian Association of REALTORS®.

In the spring of 2008 when the local market took a turn during the national housing crisis that plagued our nation, Brandee switched gears and teamed up with a local REMAX Team as well as a local privately owned company began exclusively negotiating short sales in Genesee County. Her proven track record for successfully closing difficult deals lead both of these groups to being the premier listing, negotiating and closing sources for hundreds of short sale files.

Now in her fifteen year in real estate, Brandee is the Recruiting and Retention Director for REMAX Real Estate Team in Davison. Brandee participates in regular coaching calls and meetings hosted by REMAX of Michigan. She has attended countless seminars and workshop to enhance her knowledge and to extend that education to the agents she works with on a daily basis. Brandee assists Owner Ryan Eashoo with day-to-day operations of the office, offering new ideas and a fresh outlook on the market thanks to her wide range of experience.

Brandee grew up in the small village of Oakley. She attended Saginaw Valley State University and Baker College Center for Graduate studies as she pursued her education in Political Science, Business Leadership and Communication. Brandee and her husband have two children and love to spend time on enjoying the 30 acres of wooded property they call home in rural Oakley. Over the past several years, Brandee has volunteered her time as secretary for the Oakley Bike Run Association; a 501.3c federally recognized non-profit organization whose mission is to care for the needs of community members facing difficult times. Brandee and her husband are also lifetime members of the Mid-Michigan Old Gas Tractor Association, which was founded in 1974 by her husband’s grandparents.
